ICMAI’s Syllabus 2022 places Business Laws and Ethics, Financial Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and Cost Accounting in Group I. Group II covers Operations Management and Strategic Management, Corporate Accounting and Auditing, Financial Management and Business Data Analytics, and Management Accounting.
iProledge’s 2026 CMA India fee guide, based on ICMAI’s published schedule, lists an Intermediate course fee of ₹23,100. The examination fee is ₹1,500 for one group or ₹2,800 for both groups, before applicable GST and separate from any private coaching package.
ICMAI states that a candidate passes an Intermediate group by securing at least 40% in each paper and a 50% aggregate of the group’s non-exempted papers. Mock practice should therefore measure both individual-paper performance and group-level consistency.
