Lakshya Commerce Reviews: Fees, Terms and 6 Bengaluru Options

• A small Shiksha sample rates Lakshya's teaching highest and value for money lowest, and the larger Justdial counts (4.0 to 4.2) come from Kerala branches. Use scores to shortlist, not to decide.
• Compare fees on the same scope. As of October 2026, Lakshya's Bengaluru pages give ranges: ACCA ₹2.5–3.5 lakh, Chartered Accountancy (CA) ₹3.5–4.5 lakh (Foundation to Final) and Company Secretary (CS) ₹1.5–3.5 lakh.
• Lakshya refunds are discretionary and JK Shah's policy allows none on subscription plans, so sit a free demo class and meet a Career Advisor before you pay.

On Shiksha's Ernakulam listing, six reviewers rated faculty and course 4.3 and value for money 2.7 as of October 2026. That is too small a sample to describe the chain. Justdial's larger Kerala counts show 4.0 to 4.2 overall, so the scores are good enough to shortlist Lakshya, not to pay on.

Justdial's larger counts are all for Kerala branches. Lakshya's Bengaluru campus page lists two addresses, both in Krishna Nagar Industrial Area off Hosur Main Road: the main campus on 1st Cross Road, S.G. Palya, and a corporate office at Sona Tower. Look up the listing for the exact address you would attend before you rely on any score. Confirm that the website is lakshyacommerce.com and that the address on your fee receipt matches the campus you visited.

Lakshya's home page claims 35,000+ active students and "70%+ pass rates". Both are its own figures, so ask for the results of the level you will sit.

Lakshya also advertises ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner status. ACCA grades learning providers as Platinum, Gold or Silver, with Platinum the highest; our guide explains what the tiers mean.

Does Lakshya help with placements?

Lakshya promotes a Placement Connect initiative and a placement drive, and its placement site says joining the drive is free for students, who may be currently enrolled or alumni. The drive runs online or at designated Lakshya centres. Its terms do not guarantee a job: Lakshya's CS page says it does not guarantee placement, and Shiksha's placements score is 3.3 out of 5.

Reviewers disagree. One CA Foundation student on Shiksha reported no placements after completing the level. Another review, which appears to concern ACCA, claims about 80% of students are placed through campus interviews with packages of ₹6–12 lakh a year; that is a single claim. Before you pay, ask for the number of students placed in your course in the last year, the employers and the roles, in writing.

As of October 2026, Lakshya's Bengaluru pages publish ranges, not quotes: ACCA ₹2.5–3.5 lakh, CA ₹3.5–4.5 lakh and CS ₹1.5–3.5 lakh, each with EMI (equated monthly instalment) options. A range is only comparable once you know which levels it covers.

Two details change the reading:

• ACCA: the FAQ on the ACCA page puts the all-in cost at about ₹3–4 lakh, including registration, exam fees and coaching. Both ends of that range sit ₹50,000 above the headline range, so ask which one your quote follows.
• Monthly rate: the ACCA course page says fees start at ₹10,000 a month and gives 2 to 3 years as typical completion. Our arithmetic: 24 × ₹10,000 = ₹2,40,000 and 36 × ₹10,000 = ₹3,60,000. Because "starting" marks a floor, treat that as a rough check, not a quote.

They mean you cannot count on a refund. Lakshya's terms approve refunds only at management's discretion for emergencies, set no formal cancellation period, and let Lakshya change its charges at any time. An approved refund is paid back within 7 to 12 days.

The terms also name Learnfluence Education Pvt Ltd as the company behind the services. Check that the company on your invoice matches.

Lakshya is not the only provider with firm terms. JK Shah Classes' refund policy allows no refunds or cancellations on its subscription plans "under any circumstances". Sit a free iProledge demo class before you pay.
