Overview of the ICSI CS Exam The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary (CS) Exam. This professional course is designed to educate students about the legal, compliance, and corporate governance aspects of business management. The CS Course Levels
There are three levels in the CS course:
For students after the 12th grade, the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is an entrance exam.
For pass out students or the one who have cleared the CSEET, there is the CS Executive Programme

ICSE CS Important Dates 2025
ICSI CS Application Form: Online registration is mandatory for both Executive and Professional level exams conducted by ICSI. Applications need to be submitted latest by 31st January 2025, if intending to take ICSI CS June 2025 exam (single module)
ICSI CS Admit Card: Once the ICSI CS June 2025 admit card is released, only registered candidates will be able to download the same. The hall pass can be accessed on icsi.edu, the official website.
ICSI CS Exam: Executive and Professional levels of ICSI CS 2025 exams would be conducted between June 1 and June 10, 2025.
